In the Customise QAT dialog ... (can get to that several ways), select:
Choose from, Commands Not In Ribbon
and under "A" (they are listed alphabetically), you'll find "Apply
Heading 1", etc.
But you could have added them from a macro as well.
And yes, 2003 had spelling suggestions in the right-click menu.
