Hi Ilana,
I suggest you select the current TOC then reinsert a
new one to replace it via Insert>Reference>Index and
Tables and choose the 'Table of Contents' tab. Click
the Options button and you can choose which headings
appear by ticking them and assigning the TOC style
that will apply. Scroll through the whole list to make
sure unwanted styles aren't picked up.
