Word 2002 is a new beast to me. I've worked out how to create and modify
styles without Word being too automatic for me. But there are some
styles, the ones that Word has unhelpfully created for me, that I cannot
delete.

I've got the Styles and Formatting pane open and I'm trying to delete
the style from there, but it just won't delete.

How do it do it? And where's the pesky little option that I can uncheck
to stop Word from creating these automatic styles? I've had a quick
look, but to no avail.

Thanks,
Sonja
