atw: Re: 'Within' or just 'in'? [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

In some cases 'in' obviously doesn't work as a replacement (Apply within;
Within reason).

In other cases, in and within chage the meaning or the emphasis of the
sentence. Pick whichever is correct:

- The chemical reaction takes place in the cell walls...
- The chemical reaction takes place within the cell walls...

Where both words seem to work equally well, I would prefer 'in', being
shorter.
