atw: Re: Windows Security Hotfix affecting HTML Help

We use Windows 2000; SP4 (I believe) blocked CHM access over a network a while 
back--much to our annoyance. 

BTW: I use FrontPage 2000 and SP4 also broke that in a big way. There is hotfix 
(that works) but I had to call MS to get it. I mention it to save anyone else 
spending a day figuring out why FP 2000 now chokes on files bigger than 1MB.
