atw: Re: What do you call it???

Reflecting on my own use, I would always say "globe" when referring 
to the object that is replaced in a lamp. When we are going shopping 
we always ask if we need anymore light globes. I can't  remember 
using the term "light bulb" although I must have. It is certainly a 
familiar enough term.
