I don't believe in stock answers for stock questions (it ends up sounding like a voice mail system having a conversation with an answering machine), but here's what I'd say: "I really enjoy what I do and I want to keep learning how to be better at it. That's why I like to work on interesting projects with good people who I can learn from.
