Thanks to all.
You have given me some leads to follow and I know my friends will
benefit.
A few people suggested that I should use human translators and if
it were my project, and if there were funds, I'd do it.
I would never expect software to do a first-class translation
job, but I'm sure that if we can get a reasonable start from a
software tool we can get what we need. The material is for
internal use, not public consumption, so it doesn't need to be
perfect.
