You would be better off sending the staff to a Cert III or Cert IV
course in training and workplace assessment. That is now recognised as
the industry accepted standard.

AND I DON"T WANT TO HEAR ABOUT WHAT WE ALL THINK ABOUT THAT...
I NEVER COMPLETED MINE, it was so bloody lightweight...

Can anyone recommend some good "Train the Trainer" type courses in
Canberra?  We are looking for something a few staff can attend offsite
for a few days to give them an overview of designing and delivering
training courses to small groups.
