All excellent stuff from Craig, but missing a set that I find really useful:
during the
presentation, you can use some keyboard commands. "N" (any case) for Next
slide, "P" (any case) for previous slide, and -- best of all, for my money --
"B"
(any case) to switch (toggle) between the current slide and a blank screen.
IMHO, there are few things worse than having a slide showing that doesn't
directly relate to the current discussion, so I usually hit "B" when a question
comes from the audience, as well as when I want to start up a digression of my
own. I hit "B" again to return to where I left off.
