I just fudge it and make the other lines no longer than the
longest, which I check in Word.

Rule of thumb stuff.

(Second line of text above is 59 characters with spaces.
Try that as a guide.)

Not 100% sure how your suggestion permanently sets the line length in an =
em=3D
ail?=3D20

As a test, I've set my Message Format to use Word, and selected the 'Emai=
l'=3D
=20WordMail template. Let's see how this works...
