I prefer to carry all this stuff on my palm pilot. It's not encrypted, but it's cryptic which I think is better.

Yep, although I think I'll be looking shortly at the portable application version, which you can carry around (with encryption included) on a USB stick. That has some obvious advantages for contract workers. Portable applications are starting to look
really handy to me, as tools I can use anywhere without having to convince sys 
admins
I really do need an installation of a perfectly harmless application or two 
that I use all the
time.
