Hi Bruce,
I have been using Hypersnap forever (http://www.hyperionics.com/) and have
never had a problem with it. It is $35US, best $35 I ever spent. I bought it
instead of SnagIT because I could swap between window and region capture
without going back to the menu. I can also use it at client sites by
installing it on a USB drive and capturing screens straight onto the drive.
I suspect you can do the same with SnagIT too, but I have found this a very
useful feature.
Good luck!
Sue Woolley
