There is always the ASD-STE100. Written for the aerospace industry but =
generally usable in most military and large structured commercial =
organisations.

I have investigated the Boeing one as I teach Aerospace engineers. I =
found=20
it far too restrictive and decided to leave it out of the teaching =
syllabus.
The Aus mining industry did not have one a few years ago when I dealt =
with=20
them. It could be that the big US based companies may now have one, but=20
adaptation to Aus English is often not done.
