Seeing as nobody responded to my query below, can I assume that none of
the subscribers to this list ship HTMLHelp with a Favorites tab?

Subject: atw: Shipping CHMs with Favourites tab activated
It is my understanding that if you ship your HTMLHelp with a Favorites
tab, any Favorites the user has set will be lost when they install your
next software release with updated CHMs.
Does anyone know a workaround that will make this feature commercially
viable when the user is supplied frequent software (+ help) updates. We
have not used this feature in the past for fear of repeated support
requests about the "lost" favorites.
