If you have set up a unique or specaial Header on the first page and you don't want to use it on the second page of your letter, you would need to insert a Section Break at the foot of your first page – then delete the Same as Previous for the second page Header. Otherwise, if you letter does not extend past the first page, there is no need to have a Section Break.
