Architects and designers don't lay bricks--we do.

I like IBM's term for TWs: Information Developers. It neatly parallels the
well understood term 'software developer'.

I think it also handles Howard's objections to the label 'content
provider'. 'Information' implies more structure and organisation than
'content. 'Developer' suggests more process and rigour than 'provider'.
