Always been interested in this sub-classification of our genre, and what 
distinguishes
its requirements from those of other technical writers in the IT area,  
particularly given
the established point that there's clearly no such thing as a generic industry 
solution from SAP.

What's involved, James ? It sounds like a club you can't join until you've been 
a member
of the club ....  Or have I got that wrong ?
