atw: Re: Reviewers prioritising feedback

Hi Craig,
I guess the idea of getting reviewers to add their own opinions to TW
priorities depends on the authority the reviewer has. Often they can only
offer an opinion.

Any prioritising of documentation edits should be validated by someone who
has the authority to assist the TW in obtaining the information or
allowing the TW to spend time on edits. Authority usually comes from
project manager or team leaders.

If the TW works with project managers/team leaders, it is always good to
get them to re-assign the priorities that others have assigned. Project
managers/team leaders, hopefully, will have a better viewpoint on what is
necessary or not. Also, if this re-assignment is carried out with the TW,
the project managers/team leaders can learn from the TW how complicated a
'trivial' change can have on project timelines.
