There is a great deal of variability.

Some universities use different abbreviations/acronyms; eg, the
engineering degree can be known as BE, BEng, B E, B Eng, BECE, BEChem;
some American 'universities' offer BSCE and in the UK you see BTCE,
BScEng and BEngSc. 

The next variation is in terms of the order - should they be
chronological, anti-chronological or alphabetical? Eg, BE MBA PhD, PhD
MBA BE?  

Should trade quals and uni quals be on the same line? Eg, BE BOCP?

Should memberships of professional or trade bodies be included? Eg, BE
MIEE CPEng CPA?
One boss I had filled a line with memberships - and used to encourage us
to do that, too - one of the then big five.

It might be best to ask the holder of the qual[s].
