Hi Terry -
There's an AutoCorrect setting (on the AutoFormat As You Type tab)
called Automatic bulleted list. Its job is to notice paragraphs that
look like manually formatted list items and turn them into an actual
bulleted list.
Could the macro be creating two extra paras, then AutoFormat is jumping
in and converting one to a bulleted item?
Perhaps the idea was to automate a sort of Q&A format by adding a pair
of paragraphs each time you press Enter:
- Can I do blah blah blah?
Yes, of course.
- What about rhubarb rhubarb?
Sure, why not.
