atw: Re: Product of choice

Having a relatively free hand at the moment (meaning I researched the
options, came to a conclusion about the best one for us, then justified
my conclusions to my boss and supervisor), I'm using OpenOffice.org
beta. Even in a pre-release state the Writer program causes me far
fewer headaches than Word, and crashes less too. The Draw program is
simple, easy to use (once you get used to the differences) and
sufficient for our diagram-creation needs. And the PDF creator is
heavenly to use after the Distiller/Word combo.
