Hello all,

we're converting Word 2000 docs to PDF using Acrobat 5.5.

I have two problems:

Firstly when I try to use the "Convert to Adobe PDF" button, Word =
freezes. I
can create the PDF by printing to file and Distilling the file manually, =
but
there are a lot of docs and this is inconvenient. I've fiddled with the
settings without success. From my brief perusal of some user groups, =
this
doesn't seem to be a common problem and of course neither Adobe or MS =
seem
to be aware of it. Also: it's not a resource issue and graphics aren't =
part
of the problem.
