atw: Re: Problems converting word to PDF

Likewise Mike (O'Halloran),

I have recently been alerted to and have experienced numerous quirky Windows
O/S
stability problems (some with Windows 98, the worst with Windows 2000 and a few
with XP) with the Acrobat 5 full product, which can be "cured" by uninstalling
Acrobat 5 and either going back to Acrobat 4 or heading up to Acrobat 6.

Much as I am a fan of Acrobat, version 5 has some freaky problems that seem to
have sneaked in with some of the later Adobe Web updates.

Hope that helps.
