embraced by MS as a primary focus for developers.
Consequently, it is fully supported by MS developers, and consistently
updated in every version, patch, security fix and any other bloody thing
coming from MS...
It is guaranteed to affect you when you least require the appearance of
it.
This feature is called "MS Gremlin" or "MS bug".
