Um, some seem to disagree. A Web search on "present perfect continuous" turns up an alleged 110,000 entries. the phrase is popular, at least.

Umm -- sorry, but perfect and continuous are a dichotomy; either it's
finished and done with or it's still going on (from the perspective of
whatever the primary tense is)!
