Indeed, use odd-page section breaks. Remember though that the page
numbering is discontinuous (of course). If you have page numbering, make
sure you don't have to answer the question "where is page 8" fifty or so
times [voice of bitter experience].

Hi Brian,
While I don't see a lot of purpose in starting sections, even in
hardcopy, on odd pages I know a lot of folk still require it. I have
seen a trend away from it, especially in MS-related manuals. You'll have
to insert section breaks that start on odd pages (Alt I, B, O).

Hi folks,
I've somehow forgotten, if I ever knew, how to ensure that a particular
page in a double-sided print in Word and .pdf is always going to be
odd-numbered, even if the preceding page is also to be odd-numbered.
Example: I want the Title page, the Executive summary, the first page of
the TOC, the first page of Chapter 1 ... to be odd-numbered.
I don't want to have to go through 12,000 pages inserting blank pages.
Help, please.
