Whether or not it is possible to download or install on your PC will
depend on the rights of your user profile.
It is, however, a completely benign piece of software that simply
creates a virtual Windows printer that prints to PDF instead of
to paper.
An invaluable tool that I use every day, despite having Acrobat 7
Pro on tap, on site.
Highly recommended by me.
