atw: Re: Office 2007 - Master documents

The easiest solution is to use RD fields to link the documents and SEQ
fields for chapter numbering. It works a treat and in earlier versions,
Word Help provided excellent examples.

Dear Carin (van B)

Word is not Frame.

Using a Word as a master can be a disaster

See the legendary Steve Hudson's article on Why Word Master Documents
Corrupt @ <http://word.mvps.org/faqs/general/WhyMasterDocsCorrupt.htm>

My personal advice is to avoid using them altogether.

They are nothing but trouble in my experience.

Michael Granat
