Indeed Marg P.

You would not believe the number of woes that I have
alerted them to since they introduced this new GUI, without
warning, last Sunday.

They even forgot to bring over people's default profiles
from their existing and perfectly usable Webmail GUI,
which got my mail bounced by Austechwriter on Monday.

To the credit of the account support people, however, they
got almost all of the initial problems that I experienced
fixed within a day.

Apart from loading so many little graphics (Opera's last
count was 24) I am finding it a fair bit more intuitive
and handy now. So nice to have delivery confirmation and
read receipts at last, plus a spell checker that works,
albeit without an Australian English dictionary for their
Australian subscribers.

British? US? Canadian English anyone? No wuckas mate!

HTH.

Cheers,

Michael

Oh joy indeed.
IMHO telnet used to work just fine.
This new GUI looks like something Telstra might have designed, and works like it
too.
Slow as a wet week.
Only good thing is the cute little flags next to email addresses in the From
line.
