Ahhh, I see you've signed the standard Council/Government three wise 
monkeys contract. You know, you could just carry the sticker around and if 
someone steals your parking spot........wait until they've gone and put it 
on their car!   The GCCC seem to rely heavily on their spell checking 
tools, I've got some correctly spelled but incomprehensible letters from 
them *L* perhaps you might drop a hint?

I am working for THEM at the moment!  The joke here is that you don't 
stick your parking sticker on your windscreen cos someone will vandalise 
your car if you do!  But I have signed a document saying that I cannot say 
anything about them in any form or fashion outside the council, so guess I 
can't even repeat the in-house joke.
 
Funny though, when a sausage sizzle makes the national news!
 
It was ABC Coast FM (by far the best radio station I have come across) 
that had the advertisement with the woman saying slowly and pedantically, 
"We do things differently here".

Oh come on Christine we have way better than Bob Catter. I don?t know if 
you live on the Gold Coast but I do, and the Gold Coast council have to be 
the biggest joke in political Australia (motto: Representing ourselves for 
as long as we can). A few months ago they put up a sign in our street ? No 
Sanding, lucky I hate DIY. See, a constant source of amusement the GCCC. 
It made me think though, imagine proofreading traffic signs!
