Thunderbird has a Calendar extension available, but the last time I checked it
was still in beta. It was OK, but because it wasn't fully integrated with
Thunderbird you had to open Thunderbird and then select the Calendar function
from the menu. I had been hoping for complete integration so that reminders
happened without having to open Calendar :-(
