Look at the cause - not the response. Too often we forget that for there to

Sad but true. Like in footy. If a player elbows another in the head and that
players then hits the first one back are they both as bad? Some would say
yes but I don't.

Always look for the "OT" in the subject line. I never mind OT - until it
takes over and starts choking the list - as long as "OT" is in the subject
line. If I forget, I'm happy to be slapped (metaphorically of course:)).

I don't recall any Craig. I have no issue with you that I am aware of and do
not think of you in an adverse way.

As a general rule I agree which is why I use the Delete key 99.9% of the
time. Having said that however, some comments just need to be made in public
to try and affect some change. The key is to not be abusive and to include
the "OT" in the subject line.
