Go for it, Margaret! The flash-memory ones are expensive for what they deliver
but good for kids who drop things (an issue hotly debated by my two teenagers).
A hard-drive based one holds all your favourite albums plus all the reference
information useful to contractors plus it can also act as a PDA. Sadly they are
all too rich for me--I struggle along with a $200 60GB notebook drive in a USB
enclosure.

Hear hear - podcasting is so excellent! I can fit in an All in the Mind and
two songs on the walk to work - its wonderful. Now I'm lusting after one of
those little IPod mini's - in pink I think. But all the developers at work
tell me they are a mistake - that flash is the safer bet :-( .
