Hooray! This is the first political debate on this list in all the years
(since it's inception) that I have been around.  I think the fact that this
list has had this debate speaks louder than anything else could, that we
are all getting very very worried about what is happening.  For me the
critical issue is to put together all the apparently different
'initiatives' and see them as one picture.

Once we put together new Workplace Relations laws (AUS) + new terrorism
laws (AUS, USA, UK) + TGA/FDA/Codex moves (AUS, US, EU) + media ownership
laws + the forced medication laws being brought in to combat the sham bird
flu (EU, USA) + (I'm sure there are others) we get a very clear picture of
what is actually happening across the entire Western World.  And Arnold, it
has nothing whatsoever to do with party politics or national identity.

Does anyone know of a good village in South America where we can all hide
out?
