Great article - thanx!
We can only hope that the USofA might wise up and follow suit behind the
poms, but then the corporate incompetents will be unable to hide behind
their meaningless corporate jargon, so it is unlikely. I did not see my
all time favorite listed, How do we measure our success?
I suppose we can take comfort that the town council who told staff to use
the term "thought showers" instead of "brainstorming" did not find the idea
to be golden. Or maybe s/he did and therein lies the rub.
