Running outa beer is sure fire BBQ stopper :-) 

Dog whistling is used in any press release - not just political. I have
written some rippers. The tuned in part of the audience will pick up a
hidden message the others wont. Great for bending NDAs :-)

The cappuccino course used to be known as Underwater Basketweaving courses -
I still prefer that description.

       asylum seekers from a sinking boat near Christmas  
       Island; Australia refused permission for the ship

Pacific Solution -

       and 2000s of placing unauthorised asylum seekers   
       in compounds on a number of small Pacific nations  
       while awaiting assessment of their status: *Mr     
       Ruddock says that does not mean the so-called

dictionary ?
dog whistling - a public statement designed for a particular group of voters
drawing no response from the rest.
cappuccino course - study that is lightweight, eg a degree in surfing
greenchip - environmentally sound company hose rage - a result of water
rationing jolly bean - amphetamine pill McMansion - a grand home with no
individual character or charm to google - to search on the internet Weblish
-  an language-within-a-language used in chat rooms, email and SMSs.
