Hi Stuart, Mystification is the basis of professional closure. The clerics, medics and legals have been doing it for centuries. This stuff - vague, abstract mumbo-jumbo capable of multiple interpretations - is written in such a dense manner that it is begging for a legal interpretation, ie, upselling from one legal mouthpipe to another. Call their bluff and ask for a Plain English version that does not demand 475 years of education to interpret. In short, it's overripe BS, IMHO.
