Thanks, Howard. Unfortunately, one person can do only so much, and it's
not enough.

I've been writing user docs for OpenOffice.org for six years now, but
far too few other people also contribute to the effort, so it's a
constant battle between "get something adequate published in a timely
manner" and "do it right".

I've opted for producing quick and dirty, near enough is good enough,
docs. Now and then other (often retired) techwriters show up, express an
interest, and then disappear again. Hope I haven't scared them off! ;-)

We'd love to get more techwriting students involved, or anyone who needs
to add to their portfolio...
