Well, I definitely think congratulations are appropriate. Documentation for
OpenOffice is really important and if it's written by good tech writers
it'll boost the products no end. It's an area where you could really make a
difference.
I don't think that commiserations and congratulations are mutually
exclusive, however. But let's hope that it doesn't come to that.
