Probably found they didn't get their money in the Budget. 

Mind you, wouldn't the world have been a much better place if a few little 
concerns 
like major banks, insurance companies, motor vehicle manufacturers etc etc ad 
nauseam, after 
having people running around in a rush for a while, had changed their minds and 
not gone ahead 
with a few silly things ? lol 

And think of the documentation backlogs they could have cleared for 
say, a lousy 10% of CEO salaries... 

Now they're running around asking government departments to change their minds 
and give them 
my cash and yours... 

Mmmm ? 

'Scuse me -- just got my first job in months -- from a government department. 
Might turn out that way for a while just yet....
