I don't see the point in all these recent job postings. Not only are these all 
'fixed term' (which has no appeal), the critical remuneration detail is not 
provided.
 
These two items are the most relevant to any applicant. If the information is 
not more compelling, I think you'll not get many expressions of interest from 
the most qualified people, most of whom will be earning good money on permanent 
contracts.
 
In addition, they are annoying. This is a subscribed list, not a job website.
