Take a look at http://www.pdfzone.com/. You might find something there.

Also, I vaguely remember that there is a site (is it part of Adobe?)
that lets you create PDFs, but there are restrictions. Sorry, I can't
remember more. Anyone else out there remember the site I'm referring to?
