Leeches are a far more primordial version of your clients so if they want to
appear at least vampiric or even apsire to post-modern transfusionist, they
should avail of the modern world. Point out they happily fax and cop the
degraded output!

Method 2 is the most logical but our clients are lawyers and want the first
page of the letter on letterhead, old fashioned lot that they are.
Will give Method 1 a go once I get my brain in gear.
