Hi Terry,
I think that still only changes the document settings so that the _format_
of the first page is different. I don't think the _print_ settings
(Properties > Paper tab) will stay in the template. Even if they do, what
about trying to accommodate 400 sites with different printers and different
paper in different trays.
I'm starting to think that the option with the electronic logo in the
header printing on two sheets of plain paper will work best for a batch
print job. Or that each client will have to modify the template (or printer
drivers) themselves to accommodate their specific printer setup.

Hi Erica,
I think the page setting stuff will stay in the
template. Margins and double-sided layout options do.
I haven't checked, but it would be difficult to fathom
why that would be the odd one out.
