atw: Re: Lotus database migration

It's hard to say without having a clear picture of what the files look like. Do they look like the built-in Lotus online help? Or is each one just a list of topics. Are they standalone executables or do you view them from within Notes? Notes often has a Help > About this Database option--does it say anything useful? 

This guy has an export tool called ExportWiz:

If it doesn't work on your colleague's files, he might be willing to look at them and suggest a path. Otherwise, googling for _Lotus database export_ might turn up some leads.
