You might try getting in touch with Robert Kloiber (an occasional
participant of this list) of Academy Translations @
<www.academyXL.com>.

If Robert is unable to assist you directly with Chinese translations,
he might well be able to point you to someone else who can.

Having called Robert in to translate a major project (for a minor
company) into some European languages, I recommend him most highly,
from first hand experience.
