Hi Kathy,

There is a trick to this.

Use the default URL call for the entire system, and then append your
specific topic you want to open using the bookmark syntax. In other words if
your default URL looks like this:

http://www.mysite.com/help/index.htm

And the topic you want to open is called mytopic.htm and you want it to open
with the full navigation on the left then  make the call look like:

http://www.mysite.com/help/index.htm#mytopic.htm

This should work great.
