atw: Re: Knowledge management - more than just a system

I think that I get the "=20" stuff if I reply as plain text. If I tell my email 
to format as Rich Text, it comes through to the list as plain text, but without 
the "=20" bits.
At least, this email will be a test of that - I've told it to format as Rich 
Text.
