Nah. This is very much a dicky, disputable area, but it's more a case that=
 if your CMS only contains stuff that is in existing electronic documents,=
 and doesn't include other non-document corporate knowledge, or if it only=
 contains electronic docs, and has ignored a current base of paper-only=
 docs, it probably isn't a full KMS.  

Maybe. 

And maybe, if you cover all bases, get the paper and "head knowledge" etc in=
 your CMS,  your CMS and KMS are co-extensive and/or the same thing. 

Sorta. Kinda.
